School resumes on January 5th for the MWF am and January 6th for the T-TH students.
Starting on January 5th, Bright Beginnings Christian Preschool in Maple Grove will offer “Priority Registration” for existing families currently enrolled in the program and alumni families. A Priority Registration form for the 2015-2016 school year can be requested from the school at 763-639-9876. If you are interested in enrolling your student(s) for the next school year, please return the Priority Registration Form to us on or before January 16th to guarantee a spot in a class.
January 12th & 13th is our Annual Fun with Fathers event. If possible, dads or any other male figure in your child’s life should attend school this day with your student(s). Our theme for this week will be Reptiles & Amphibians. We have the awesome opportunity to have the Reptile & Amphibians Discovery Zoo come join us at school for this event. This event is paid for through funds raised through our Cards for a Cause earlier in the school year. Thank you again, to all those who participated in this fundraiser. If you or another male figure in your student’s life is not able to attend this event, please notify your child’s teacher so we can buddy them up with another adult. If you have any questions, please direct them to your child’s teachers.
There will be no school on Monday, January 19th due to Martin Luther King Day.
On Tuesday, January 20th, we will have open registration to the public from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. A Bright Beginnings Christian Preschool Co-Director will take registrations for each interested party in the atrium area near the entrance of the school. All registration forms for new students will be given to parents for the upcoming school year or can be downloaded off our web site prior to registration at www.bbc-preschool.com. If your first choice class is full, we can place you on a waiting list and register you for your second choice class. Please feel free to share this information with anyone you know who is looking for a preschool program for next year.
It is always fun to bring back summer in the winter time! The week of January 26th we will be doing a unit on Beach Week. On January 29th and the 30th of that week we will be having a beach party. Please have your student(s) wear their beach clothing and bring a beach towel to class marked with their name on it.
